• It was my first time meeting Dr Kreso. I was extremely impressed of her knowledge of my health conditions and was right on top of everything. • This was my first meeting with Dr. Kreso. The office staff was pleasant. The nurse who came in first went over all my medications, asked about symptoms etc. She didn't rush me. Dr. Kreso took her time going over my condition, concerns and symptoms. We discussed what procedures could be done. Also why other types of surgery could not be done. Dr Kreso listened and answered questions I had at the time without making me feel rushed.

• I had a very good experience at Mass General with Dr. Kreso. She was very thorough. She listened to everything I had to say. She already was very much so aware of my condition as if she'd already met me when I met her, immediately when she came in the room. She was very optimistic and she is by far not the first surgeon I have had a consult with or a surgery from. I haven't had a surgery from her yet, but I do hope to. I definitely trust her. She seems very genuine and definitely seems to know what she's doing. And that is something that I think anybody in my situation, any patient would appreciate. So I highly would recommend her to anyone and I hope she is the one that does end up doing my cardiac surgery.

• Dr. Kreso is absolutely amazing! She explains everything in detail and taught me about everything the CT scan I had of my heart and arteries etc. using the scan itself on the computer. It made everything so much clearer by doing that. I feel so much better knowing what I am dealing with now. I can't believe the amount of time she spent with me. I am [redacted] years of age and in my entire lifetime have never been as impressed with any physician as I was with her! She Is AMAZING!!!!

• Yes, my experience and my wife's experience with Dr. Kreso during the cardiac surgery consultation was far better than I could have hoped. Dr. Kreso came in with the knowledge of my case, but started by asking me to tell my story, and I felt heard. She responded accordingly to the different facets of my particular journey. and provided very clear visuals and explanations as to the course of action that she recommended and didn't leave it at that. She went on to then refer me to another colleague who might be able to provide some additional clarity, insight or next steps as to what I should do. So I was very grateful for that. She even called, Dr. Kreso called personally today just to follow up
