• Dr. David Kuter is an exceptional hematologist. He took the time to listen carefully, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and explained my complex medical situation in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and I left the appointment feeling informed, reassured, and confident in my care. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine compassion were evident throughout the visit. Despite his seniority and high position at MGH and his very busy schedule, when he sits down with you as his patient, his entire attention is on you and your problem and getting you the care you need. There is never a sense that he's in a hurry or doesn't have all the time you need. There is no doctor I've worked with over the years that I'd rather have in charge of my care than Dr Kuter.

• I saw Dr. Kuter on [redacted]. I reached out to him and he was able to get me an appointment as soon as possible in less than three days. And he's very, very thorough. He explained my condition. Now I understand my condition better and I know how to handle things. And he did a thorough blood work. H we are still waiting for some of the results. But after talking to him, I am calm and I understand my condition very well and I'm not threatened by anything that happens because of the way he explained it to me. So he is really, really good and I'm glad that I have him as my hematologist.

• I have been seeing Dr Kuter for many years. He is kind and thorough, and has a delightful sense of humor, which makes me comfortable. On my most recent visit, I casually mentioned that I had a wound on my ankle. He immediately said this condition is a result of the medication I have been taking for many years. He immediately said , " don't worry, I have a a plan B for you (also plans c and d). I knew I was in competent hands. I am so grateful to have such a fine and knowledgeable doctor looking after me!

The blood technicians are always nice. Considering how much blood I get taken out with these visits I don't mind at all spending time with phlebotomist. As busy as this practice is somehow they keep the flow going so well you never feel like you're in a crowded waiting room. I have the utmost respect for Dr. Kuter. He is world renowned, and has worked extensively on research for my blood disorder. We discussed some upcoming new treatments that are very promising. I left the visit feeling very excited about this. I couldn't have a better hematologist.
