• The doctor came into the room after we sat there with our toddler for an additional 30 minutes after the intake nurse had left the room. He looked at the list we brought showing my sons history of bloody noses and said, "yeah thats a lot". He then looked in my sons ears, mouth and nose and started explaining that we can cauterize the blood vessels in his nose, but explained NOTHING about what his exam showed. Where his blood vessels irritated? Did his nose look normal upon exam? NOTHING. He told us he'd likely need to put our only son under anesthesia for this procedure. At this point we stopped the doctor and asked if there were any other images or options to investigate the ongoing bloody noses before anesthesia/cauterizing our nearly 4 year old son. He sighed, saying we could start with a two week antibiotic ointment in his nostrils. [redacted]

• The admin, nurse and physician team was absolutely wonderful. We couldn't be happier with the care we received. Our 6mo has been really struggling with ear infections over the last two months - as parents, this has been agonizing. But the compassion and support that the whole Pedi ENT team provided allowed us to rest easy and feel confident that we are in the best of hands with his care moving forward. Thank you!!!
