• This provider is one of two doctors who I rely on to manage my complex medical conditions. I have been his patient for more than a decade. He quietly and effectively gives me what I consider to be the best care for my neurologic disease. When I had an ED visit, he was consulted and involved in the background. He works very effectively w/my other specialists. Multiple doctors at MGH and elsewhere have positive comments about working with/him. He treats me with respect and always asks for my perspective. He keeps me informed regarding treatments in clinical trials which might be applicable to my treatment. I am very fortunate to have his care and I trust him as a doctor and a friend.

• He's the best neurologist. I feel safe that I'm in his care. I've been with him since I've been diagnosed from day one, which is 11 years now. I wouldn't trade my health care provider for nothing. He always listens to me. He makes sure that I'm in good care and that I can trust him with my health. And for that, I'm forever grateful because I don't care what world and planet I'm on. I wouldn't want to trade him for another neurologist. I would still come and be under his care because I just know I have no worries when it comes to my healthcare and him being my provider.

Also listened to me carefully, very respectful, seeking for more alternative ways, even when I'm not around, to help with my condition and other people who are suffering the same condition, and that's very respectful and appreciative. Also, he's very reliable, always on time, and knows what he's talking about, has a very great knowledge. Also, he is very honest and willing to give you the best treatment that is around. And also, I respect that they keep the environment clean and stuff. That's awesome. I will definitely recommend.

• This provider is a valuable resource to me and is adept at managing the neurological aspects of my complex medical condition. He is one of 2 key providers at MGH that I rely on to manage my health. I have been seeing this provider or 15+ years and I traveled back to Boston each year for an annual appt with this provider during a 7 year time period when I worked out-of-state. He is very knowledgable and quietly exhibits great compassion. I also value his adeptness with showing me my MRIs and seamlessly comparing multiple tests ad hoc to answer my questions. I was directed by a PC at B & W to visit the ER. It was this provider in the background who was giving direction to the Brigham for me. I realize how fortunate I am to have his care. I rely on his direction to jointly make decisions regarding my neurological health. He has great respect for my perspective, but also gives me a lot to think about and his direction. • Dr. Klawiter and I had a Zoom meeting and first I spoke with an associate of his whose name I can't remember right now. Both were excellent. The associate took all my history and asked me a bunch of very insightful questions and then Dr. Klawiter came on, we discussed everything. I was very much reassured. We came up with a plan of action that involved some physical therapy. He pulled up an MRI scan, whatever you call it, of my brain and explained certain things. So very informative, very insightful and very reassuring.
