• I was very impressed with Dr. Kerzer. I had had a medical issue out of state earlier in the spring and the records were complicated. He reviewed them before he came in to see me and the things that he didn't understand, I was able to quick, he was able to quickly access the out-of-state doctor's results when I told him what the name of the physician was. That was very impressive to me and it really showed he cared about taking the best care of me that intelligently.

He spoke very quietly so was difficult to hear; had to keep asking to repeat. I didn't feel like there was a real connection.

• I appreciate that Dr. Kerzer is knowledgeable and takes action based on the issues I present. However, I feel that he moves quite quickly from hearing my high-level summary of the issue to (typically) prescribing medication. Sometimes this is okay, but other times I wish he would ask more follow-up questions to ensure we share an understanding of the nature of the issue and consider pros/cons of different approaches to treatment. I'm sure many patients appreciate his expertly moving forward, but this style is not a good fit for me. [redacted]

• I cannot begin to express my gratitude for being a patient at the Bullfinch Medical Group. I was experiencing significant pain, knee pain, and my personal trainer had recommended that I would likely benefit from having an x-ray. Dr. Kerzer analyzed the situation. I was quickly scheduled for the x-ray. And then also, in order to rule out other potential problems, I needed an appointment. And that was set up the same day. And so I was able to get that done.
