• Dr. Kurz came in to the office barely looking at me and asked me no questions about my pain. She didn't look at my medical record. She stated her happiness that I was there for acupuncture. Two of the needles fell out and there was no way to reach anyone to tell them without getting up. She talked about anti inflammatory foods. I asked for a list and she never provided one. She offered me to join some adjunct programs associated with the clinic and wrote the info down but never explained it. She spoke in a rushed manner with little eye contact.
