• Overall, I had a good experience. I tried to schedule my surgery date. They said that they would let me know within the day, and it's been like over a week, and no one's like called to schedule my surgery. I would like to get my surgery scheduled. I thought my doctor was kind and professional, but I want to get the work done. Help me out!

As I have said in comments about previous visits with him, he takes the time to explain everything and shows true interest in what I have to say. He is very patient answering questions. [redacted] Even though he is busy with a hectic schedule, the communication I have heard between him and other staff members always seems pleasant and collaborative - like he is talking to a team member with equal status regardless of their role. I admire that as a retired educational administrator who always promoted such respect and dignity for everyone who contributed to the final result.
