• This was my first appointment with Dr. Kim and I found her to be excellent. My appointment was changed from an in person to a virtual appointment at the last minute to accommodate a snow storm. I provided documents I was going to bring to my previously scheduled in person appointment via the MGH portal. On short notice, Dr. Kim managed to review my documents and provide very helpful insights into my condition and needs based upon her review. She asked me very logical questions as part of her assessment process. She helped me better understand my condition, and her information was shared in a manner that was very clear. She provided a very thoughtful plan for further evaluation and explained the rationale for the tests. I greatly appreciate her attention to detail, it was very reassuring. Throughout the appointment I felt listened to and very much part of a conversation of my health. I look forward to my future appointments with Dr. Kim and feel very confident with her care.
