Unfortunately or fortunately for him, he stuck with me until he either quits or I die. So I can't say enough about Dr. Klein. • I have really appreciated being a patient of Dr. Kleins and value his expertise. However, I've noticed a recurring concern during my appointments. He often speaks quickly and doesn't always take the time to listen to where I'm coming from or why I'm asking certain questions. At times, I've felt cut off or that my concerns were minimized. As a woman approaching menopause, I had hoped for more understanding and dialogue around my questions, but instead felt somewhat dismissed-as though my concerns weren't being taken seriously. I'm sharing this because I believe open communication is an important part of quality care.

• I asked for flu, COVID and pneumonia vaccine to be administered during the visit. That was a mistake. I had previously had the flu and COVID vaccines at the same time with few ill effects. Adding the pneumonia vaccine made the reaction much stronger. I felt uncomfortable after four hours. I had to reduce my work hours the day of my visit and the following day. The injection site pain in the shoulder I had the single pneumonia vaccine was the sorest. Not painful but very tender. Next year I take the pneumonia vaccine at CVS.
