• Both the provider and his doctor who gathered information during the appointment were very helpful and compassionate. They were also very knowledgable and seemed to have a clear plan in mind. There was a bit of a time lag from the referral to actually getting an appointment (not the providers fault, just the nature of seeing a specialist). I am still grateful we were able to get in when we did. Thank you to Dr. Thomas K!

• My son has been under the care of this provider since 2019. During those seven (7) years attending his clinic, connecting with him through Gateway has always been in a clear, timely manner with good service and care. I wouldn't change this provider for a new one as he is the best Pulmonologist my son has for 7 years.

• Dr. Thomas Kenan is by far the best doctor I've ever experienced in my life. How he takes the time to truly get to know a patient and figure out a solution to their pulmonary issues is beyond me. He's been a head in 10. He's taken my child from multiple hospital visits to virtually none at all this year thus far. And I just, I couldn't be more grateful for the team at MassGen.

• Dr. Kinane has always been incredibly thorough and considerate in his descriptions. I accidentally hit the one earlier in the survey when it talked about whether he explains things in a way that was understandable, and I meant to hit a four because he's always been phenomenal with that. I deeply appreciate how much he looks at my child as a whole body instead of just the lungs only, and he considers all of her other care and treatments and what would be best for her also emotionally.

He was extremely personable, respectful of me as a parent, kind and engaging with my child, took our concerns seriously, was an attentive listener, and proactive in his care.
