• I feel incredibly fortunate to have crossed paths with Dr. Kueny and his wonderful team. Every time I see Dr. Kueny, he is kind, humble, approachable, patient, and never makes me feel rushed. He listens carefully, answers every question, and always makes me feel heard and cared for. I had lived with persistent pain since I was young-for nearly 30 years. As I got older, it became progressively worse, and I had almost accepted that I would have to live with it for the rest of my life. Dr. Kueny recognized a subtle anatomical variation and saw what others had missed-it was the source of my pain. With exceptional surgical skill, he corrected it and completely resolved my pain. This experience showed me the depth of Dr. Kueny's understanding of human anatomy and his remarkable clinical insight. It is remarkable that correcting such a subtle anatomical variation has allowed me to look forward to the rest of my life with a level of comfort and freedom I never thought possible. I was equally impressed by Dr. Kueny's postoperative care. His pain management was remarkably effective. I experienced absolutely no postoperative pain-not even a little-which completely erased one of my greatest fears about surgery. At the same time, my incision healed remarkably quickly, making my recovery far easier than I had expected. Beyond the surgery itself,Dr. Kueny took the time to understand my sensitivity to medications and tailored my medication plan to my individual needs. The medications he selected worked exceptionally well for me, and that personalized approach made a tremendous difference in my recovery. I also want to thank the entire office staff. From the front desk to the medical assistants, everyone was kind, caring, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They made me feel supported every step of the way. Thank you, Dr. Kueny, and your wonderful team, for your exceptional care, compassion, and dedication. I will always be grateful for the difference you have made in my life.

• No pain medication or pain management plan was discussed. Getting an IUD removed and replaced is pretty painful, and I believe medical guidelines now state that pain management should be discussed wether it be taking an over-the-counter medication prior to the appointment or a local anesthetic. The nurse in the room was lovely, she offered to hold my hand and gave me a hot pack after it was done.
