• Dr. K allows me plenty of time in our appointments to ask all of my questions and for him to answer them. He's often drawing diagrams or showing me models of intestines and how things work and how they relate to my body. I feel very comfortable with Dr. K and I actually look forward to seeing him every year to confirm that my situation is stable and no surgery is needed. He gives me peace of mind.

• I did not have surgery. Dr Kastrinakis explained to me that he did not do surgery on ears. I said to his assistant why didn't the person who scheduled me tell me he did not do surgery on ears. She explained that the scheduler was not medical. Both his time and my time was wasted.
