I felt that the consultation was rather brief and impersonal, and I left with the impression that my concerns were not fully addressed. I had hoped for a more detailed discussion regarding my diagnosis, prognosis, and long-term management options.

I know he has a lot of experience but his discussion gave me great confidence that he will be doing his best for me to provide the best outcome. Such confidence is the best way to be going into surgery.
