Dr. Aaron Lay is a member of the faculty at Harvard Medical School. He received his MD degree from Washington University in St Louis. He completed his general surgery internship and urology residency at Brigham and Women's Hospital and did his endourology and minimally invasive surgery fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. He started his career at Emory University in Atlanta and served as the Chief of Urology at Grady Memorial Hospital. He returned to Boston in 2025 to join the Department of Urology at Mass General Brigham. His clinical interests include minimally invasive treatment of urologic cancers as well as kidney stone disease. He has expertise in single port and multiport robotic surgery, focal therapy for prostate cancer, and percutaneous kidney surgery for kidney stone disease.
