• Dr. Lam was extremely easy to talk to, answered questions, or rather asked questions that were very appropriate, and given the various doctors and other care providers I've seen since I've had my current problems, she was really a breath of fresh air. I think Dr. Lam so far has been extraordinarily great in terms of keeping me satisfied that I am doing the right things to deal with my issues.

My other epilepsy Dr. transferred to BI and I was assigned to Dr. Lam .I did not research her or choose her however, there is no one more perfect for me.I am so thankful I have her.

• I really appreciate having Dr. Lam as my neurologist. She goes above and beyond helping me. Anything she says she's going to do, she does. She's very thorough and extremely prompt on getting back to me or if something needs to be done. She's just great. I wish all my doctors were like this.

• My care provider is Dr. Lam and I've had an excellent experience with her from the very beginning until now and including now this particular visit. I had a great number of concerns and there was a lot of urgency around my situation and she and the rest of the staff there found a way to fit me in and meet my needs. I felt like I was asking a lot and they were very responsive and very helpful in getting me in to see her. I feel really good about my sessions with her. She's very clear. She listens to everything I have to say. She gives me responses I can understand and I'm grateful to be seeing her and her staff and at one of the best hospitals in the world.

• Dr Lam is not only knowledgeable she is also kind and respectful. As she delivered information that was although expected, but still upsetting she made it clear she would be available should we need her. We discussed some options moving forward and she suggested a new medication which we agreed would be a good option. In summation, we appreciate Dr Lam and would encourage anyone to seek her as a Neurologist.
