• Great experience overall. I would tell the resident or intern while doing an exam to give feedback vs being silent. The MD always says looks good while she said nothing and it was scary to hear no feedback.

• I'm SO grateful to have Dr Alice Lorch caring for my eyes- She's absolutely wonderful in every way. Stop overloading her with 20 patients a day. I overheard that info and was horrified by how unreasonable the work conditions are at MGH. (Dr Lorch has of course NEVER spoken to me about such matters.) Also, give Dr Lorch a huge raise. MGH is very lucky to have Dr Lorch on staff - Please don't lose her!
