I thought she listened really carefully to my concerns and was very practical, fast tracked me appropriately, and I was really surprised that I was able to get care so quickly. I've really liked the Cooley team for the procedure on Friday, and overall I've been very, very pleased. And thank you so much for seeing me so quickly. And this provider in particular just seemed very like straight to the point, no nonsense, but also caring. And I appreciated her demeanor and just kindness in a difficult situation.

My only very slight complaint would be that when she entered the room, she said hello and that it was nice to meet me, but I have actually seen her twice before. So that was a little funny feeling. • Initial bedside manner felt rushed and brusque, with no introduction or eye contact, but it became clear that the provider both was familiar with my medical history and had some experience with the treatment modalities for my chronic conditions - which most providers are not. I appreciated that she asked at the end if I had additional questions.
