A high degree of competence and understanding instills a great deal of confidence from a patients perspective. Even reading the after care summary notes on my chart i was impressed with the accuracy of the notes taken when compared with the story i told. I'm very critical of hospitals so this was very much a breath of fresh air. I look forward to my next visit and have every confidence I'm in the best place possible to get taken care of
