She really, you know, gets on the kids' level to make them feel comfortable by playing with their stuffies and things that they brought to make them feel comfortable in the appointment and being a little silly. So then my kids aren't as, you know, nervous and they are more open. She's just great. She's really receptive to any of my concerns and I just love her. I would follow her probably wherever she goes.
