• Dr Lilly performed a quick but thorough skin examination. She accurately identified a suspect skin lesion which was later substantiated by the biopsy results. She asked to allow her resident doctor to repeat the exam as a teaching opportunity. Her resident successfully identified the suspect lesion. I was impressed with Dr Lilly's professional demeanor, teaching skills and patient sensitivity.

My brothers have had problems with melanoma and they've had Mohs procedures, etc. And I feel as though when she's very reassuring to me that I do not have any issues with my skin, I'm delighted and I go home and feel confident with her examination and I appreciate it very much. She's awesome and I would highly recommend her to all of my family and friends and anyone else that would be interested in seeing a dermatologist at Mass General.

Dr. Lilly explained the best approach to learning what was causing my facial dermatitis and also described the patch test option, warning me that the latter was quite annoying. Despite my reticence to give up my perfume, hairspray, and air freshener for 6 weeks, I was easily persuaded that it was the better choice. I am eager to put this skin issue behind me and am glad to have Dr. Lilly guiding me through the discovery process.
