• I felt like he was annoyed to spend time with me and that my condition didn't warrant his time or consideration because my varicose veins weren't as big as other patients'. He was quite condescending and told me that the quality of pictures I brought of my legs prior to a previous procedure were horrible. Even if he didn't think my legs looked bad enough to get treatment, he could have dealt with me in a kinder, more diplomatic manner. To me, my legs changed considerably since the procedure in question (at another practice) both in appearance and comfort level. [redacted]

• This was a basic type of care. I did get, again, basic information and basic recommendations. There were no more extensive and one step ahead and more, you know, overlapping of different fields. It was a bit rushed and it was also assuming that I might need certain things in the future. It was a little disappointing overall because it was sort of a neutral, very let's get you through type of visit. Nothing personalized, nothing more in detail and nothing that would help me to make a better decision. So it was neutral.

It was, you had to call during office hours. So that caused me considerable problems. And I had to call the main number of the hospital to get the fellow on call. page.
