He explained everything in depth what will be our plan going forward. The nurse or tech who took my vitals was very nice and professional. It was an overall excellent experience.

• The office system was down and I was offered to have a remote visite that was appreciated. In order for this to be beneficial in the future to help me deal with pain I would need to be able to see a doctor immediately and I was told that is not possible. This being said the visit was not useful.

The doctor shut me down at that point and didn't discuss the state of my spine. I wanted to salvage something from the appt.,but the minute I mentioned medication he was through with me.
