• I have a spinal cord injury and have been struggling with breathing issues for 16 months, and another hospital would not let me go to an allergist when I mentioned allergies. My doctor at Spaulding recommended I see pulmonary who recommended I see an allergist through Mass General and it has cleared up the symptoms I have suffered with for way over a year. So I am so happy with my care. Thank you.

• Dr. Ling is an exceptional provider. He is kind, he is patient, he's extremely thorough. He really looks at the entire chart in all the different areas of medicine, not even just specifically for his, and is able to connect dots across the spectrum. He is very organized and I wish I could see him for more things, where I wish more things required. His attention rather, he's trustworthy and the entire office is actually really kind. The front desk staff, the whole office runs like a smooth operation.

• I am taking a lot of pills and I am allergic to many medications. Dr. ling always addresses my concerns about potential allergic reactions to the new meds. He explains why I could have had reaction to this or that medication going into their ingredients. That's very important to me and my awareness about my health issues.
