• I have been a patient of Dr. Lien's for ~15 years. I have used a variety of doctors through the MGH system, including the Executive Health Services group in my early years in Boston. Dr. Lien is intelligent and a good listener. I never feel rushed with him and he seems genuinely interested in resolving any medical issues I may present. I am highly confident in his abilities and for that reason I followed him over from MGH Back Bay to MGH Revere (even though that is a longer drive for me).

• Yes, I'd like to say that my visit with this provider was just excellent. This was the first time I ever met him. He was warm, friendly, made me at ease immediately, was very capable, answered any questions I had. So I was just very pleased with him and I certainly would have no hesitancy in recommending him to others. I had had a previous provider for more than 40 years, the same one at your facility and before, Dr. [redacted]. So a tough act to follow, but Dr. Lien did a fine job.
