• The provider seemed frustrated that I was having a hard time being able to allow the diagnostic tests to be given. When I asked "what will that test tell you" the response was dismissive and said "a lot". When asked "what should I look out for going forward" the response was "watch my video, I don't have time now" I was visibly upset and instead of some patience and support I was met with curt answers and stonewalled on questions I asked. It was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences with a doctor I have had. [redacted]
