• Dr. Maxfield has been a great provider. I have seen other EMTs who didn't listen well. She is the complete opposite of that. She's been attentive and thinking outside the box and incredibly helpful. I could not be more pleased or say enough nice things about her when my experience with her.

• [redacted] Doctor Maxfield she is an excellent doctor. We talked about what was going on and what I was dealing with and she yes looked at my sinuses but she also looked at my ears and throat. She was very thorough and I am very glad she was. She ordered a test for me to have done and then after it same day I get to see her and go over the results which honestly I have only had this done at Brigham. Doctor Maxfield I knew was very well educated and then some in her field. I felt great to finally see a Doctor who really explained things and made sure that she covered the most important things. I was referred to see Doctor Maxfield from Doctor [redacted] from Brigham and it's outstanding how well these two Doctors work well together to help me. I was also very impressed by Doctor Maxfield sending a letter to my Primary Care Doctor with what she thought and what we were going to do. Another thing that puts Doctor Maxfield and Doctor [redacted] in a league of their own. Meaning that the quality of care. The quality of listening, caring, kind, understanding and getting the answers and treatment that I really need. I am so very grateful for having wonderful care by [redacted] and Doctor Maxfield and I am sure that the quality of care will be the same the next time I go. [redacted]

• The ease of this appointment after arriving from central NH was excellent. Checked in at time expected and waited maybe an extra 5-10 minutes v Before the doctor came in. The post-surgical visit got to the work of cleansing the healing nasal area.

• This was a best experience I had with a doctor for many years. Dr. Maxfield not only understood and immediately diagnosed my problem as a nasal polyp, but has accepted my suggestion to remove the polyp at that time. It was done with my official permission, and spray of a local anesthesia, painlessly, and in 10 minutes! The entire visit lasted 45 minutes or so, I had no bleeding, [redacted] Amazing!!
