• Yes, Dr. McDonough is a great doctor. Every time I visit her, I feel comfortable. I feel that I'm being well taken care of. She knows what she's talking about. She listens to me and she answers my questions thoroughly. I would definitely recommend her to other people. In fact, I have, but she is not taking new patients as far as I know. So I always feel comfortable and at ease when I visit with her and for any of my medical needs. Thank you.

• My office experience with the doctors and nurses was exemplary, as well as it was during my X-rays. I also received timely results. What is definitely lacking is proper follow up and closure. I received my X-ray results and scheduled an appointment with a recommended orthopedist. The soonest appointment was more than 10 days away. After messaging to find out if I could get a sooner appointment with a different orthopedist. I was told that in order to do so, I would have to cancel my existing appointment first and there would be no guarantee that I could get a sooner appointment with a different specialist. After that follow up, I realized I needed advice to troubleshoot my situation. I both messaged the and called my practice requesting information for interim treatment as I was experiencing pain in my knee and was concerned that I could injure it further while waiting for my appointment. It has been two days and I haven't heard back. There is definitely an issue with communication. I am disappointed about this obvious gap in care.

She has been a great survivorship and lifestyle medicine physician to me. I've lost weight. I'm more active. I am doing more prevention, especially when having had cancer and the treatments that can give you ill effects. She's wonderful.
