• Hi. I just felt rushed and I felt almost like my concerns were dismissed and that she didn't take it seriously, like it was no big deal. It was metapauts and so that she should be an expert, but as a woman, you would think she'd be understanding, but she really was not. Kind of dismissive of what I said. I was really not really not pleased. You would think she'd be a little more understanding. Very disappointed, actually.

• Dr. Mastro Marino was very kind. She was very good at listening. I felt really comfortable. And I have not always had good experiences in a gynecological setting before with other doctors. So this was really a good experience. And I appreciate her just general demeanor and bedside manner and respect and how well she listens. And she definitely made me, the patient, feel in control of my healthcare. And I appreciated that.

• This was my first visit with Dr. Mastromarino and she made me feel very comfortable, given it was a very nerve-wracking subject or topic or whatever you want to call it. And she, yeah, she made me feel comfortable and introduced herself and it was just a really good way of kind of starting our patient-doctor relationship.

• This provider specifically didn't spend any more than about 10 minutes with me. It was my second OB appointment during my first pregnancy. And we were just expecting a lot more information and a lot more guidance in terms of what was happening at this stage of my pregnancy, what we should be doing, if anything differently, what we could expect over the next couple of weeks. She basically came in and let us hear the baby's heartbeat. asked us if there was anything we wanted to talk about and then left. [redacted]
