• Dr. Malm is very kind, very respectful, he's funny, he shows that he cares. And when you, the minute that you walk in, he does his assessment and you don't even have to tell him what's wrong, he can always read what's wrong before you even tell him because he always does his assessment so great. Sometimes there's things that I don't even feel comfortable talking about, like for example, my anxiety and depression. And he always does his assessment when he sees me to the point that he already knew what I was struggling with and he would always offer help. He would always follow up and ask how is it going.
