• The nurses are always, and receptionists always, and I can never say it enough, very helpful and supportive and informative. Dr. Miller is amazing and I am so grateful to have him. He's very, very supportive and very, very thorough and explains everything.

• Yeah, Chris did a really good job explaining to me my options and what things look like. I just sent in the MRI images because the hospital system relies on CDs apparently. That is incredibly inefficient but not his fault. Yeah, he did a great job and I appreciate him.

• I thought I was going to see a podiatrist, not an orthopedic. I think there's a difference. I'm not sure. Very nice man. I don't want pills, but that's what he put me on. I wanted to be treated for the bone spur that I had, but apparently I have something else. I did like him. He was very professional, very nice, and I would go see him again. Yes.

• It was a very short visit. I felt he was in a rush. He told me about the surgery he would do. He would make a incision in the back of leg to enlarge the calf. Shorten toes insert pins. He ask 2 questions, why was I there, and did I have pain. He said I could try orthotics. I asked 2 question, didn't get a answer . .

• This doc is amazing. Train the others to be like this. Everything was excellent but the Checkin admin had a serious attitude. Controlling may be a good word to describe. Why do women ( and I loosely use this term) have this tendency to exhibit an attitude? We get that they are good at their jobs but a softer tone would be beneficial.

I had for pain for years and was seeing another surgeon who just kept telling me to continue using the gel pads and other solutions that weren't working well to reduce the pain in several areas of my foot. Dr. MIller took one look and suggested the minimally invasive surgery that has me walking pain free today and every day! He "walks on water" in my humble opinion!

This was an initial visit so there were questions related to my basic health, how long my foot arthritis bothered me, to what degree and what my Podiatrist had recommended. He recommended a course of progressive actions which I have scheduled. He explained the situation very well and should the process require surgery later on, what the procedure would be like as well as recovery time and what abilities I could manage with less pain. His overall manner was attentive, instructive and cordial. I feel very confident in Dr Miller's treatment abilities.

• Dr. Christopher Miller is an excellent surgeon!!! He's done major surgeries on both of my feet, correcting the bone on bone and other problems that I was dealing with. He reduced my pain, which in turn has reduced my blood pressure. It's been a long process, but he has been there every step of the way. He's very kind and supportive, easy to talk with and explains things very well. He's very professional, responsive and respectful; I truly believe I received the best care I could have possibly received anywhere. In over 2 years of working with him I always felt he was giving me 100% of his attention to my case and I Never felt rushed. I have the Utmost Respect for him. He truly is an asset to Brigham and Women's Hospital and is certainly of the highest quality of Doctors that they would want in their employment. I was also pleased with the excellent service I received from each and every employee of the Brigham and Women's medical system. Everyone was always polite respectful friendly very professional and efficient. I would Highly Recommend Dr. Christopher Miller and Brigham and Women's Hospital to anybody dealing with any feet or ankle issues. I sing their praises to everyone who will listen.

He listens to me and gives a short response. My actual time spent with him is brief because not a lot is said.
