• Well, I felt that the doctor listened superficially to what I had to say. I didn't feel that he listened to the heart of what I had to say and that even though he asked for my goals, he had his own goals that he brought to the meeting and I felt in that way I felt unseen and disrespected.

• Meeting with Dr. Mehta was my first experience and I was incredibly impressed: He was not only exceptionally bright and knowledgeable, he was kind, patient and a great listener. He really cares about you as a person, your case, asks pointed questions to find you the best program at Benson and made feel feel I could trust him and his plan for my recovery. Dr. Mehta is a true Healer because he cares deeply about people and is totally committed to his calling. I feel so lucky and blessed and I look forward to embarking on this journey after a harrowing medical experience that has left not only my body traumatized but my precious and brilliant mind severely affected by acute cognitive impairment. Dr. Mehta made me feel as though I am in good hands!

• I was disappointed with this visit for two reasons. First it felt like this provider hadn't reviewed any information about me prior to the visit - so this zoom visit comprised mostly of this provider being silent while reading information in my chart and med reconciliation. Secondly, this provider didn't set expectations about what we were going to accomplish during the visit. [redacted]

• I feel like Dr Mehta was more interested in leaving for the day than providing me care. His best advice to me was to manifest being healthy. It was extremely frustrating to be told that I'm a "healthy young woman" when I have symptoms that he seemed to be concerned about (and that other doctors are concerned about). The visit made me feel like I am too complicated for Dr Mehta and he didn't want to deal with me or my medical issues. [redacted]
