Evelyn Minis, MD, is a Faculty Member of Obstetrics, Gynecology (OB/GYN) and Reproductive Biology at Harvard Medical School. She is a reproductive endocrinologist at the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) Fertility Center. She received her medical degree from the University of Crete, completed her OB/GYN residency at Rutgers NJMS, and her clinical fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) at Massachusetts General Hospital. During her fellowship training, she also pursued additional training in reproductive surgery and completed the Society of Reproductive Surgeons (SRS) Surgical Scholars Track. Prior to her residency training, she completed a research fellowship at Weill Cornell Medicine and completed a General Surgery internship at a major trauma center in Athens Greece.

As a former fellow at MGH Dr Minis is committed to serving the greater Boston community. She is dedicated to teaching medical students, residents, and fellows and is passionate about clinical and translational research. Her clinical practice cares for couples with female and male infertility, and offers a wide range of treatments to include intrauterine insemination (IUI) with or without induction of ovulation, in vitro fertilization (IVF), PGD, fertility preservation, gamete donation and 3rd party reproduction, as well as treatments for polycystic ovary syndrome, endometriosis, recurrent pregnancy loss, congenital uterine anomalies, fibroids, and polyps. She has a special focus on reproductive and minimally invasive surgery for conditions such as fibroids and endometriosis. Her clinical practice is located at MGH in Boston, MA and at MGH West in Waltham, MA.

Dr Minis is passionate about translational research and is actively involved in innovative projects looking into markers of ovarian reserve and response during IVF at the Pepin-Donahoe lab. Her clinical research focuses on i) clinical outcomes of fertility preservation, ii) IVF, and iii) surgical outcomes for patients with infertility. She also has a special interest in surgical education and optimizing resident training. She has co-authored over 30 scientific articles and has delivered multiple national and international presentations. She is actively involved in the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), the European Society for Human Reproduction and Embryology, and the Society of Reproductive Surgeons.
