• Dr. Mcnaughton -Collins is a wonderful, caring, knowledgeable doctor. I really, really love her. If I submit a question on Patient Gateaway she always responds right away.

• It's not the provider, it's hospital rules A yearly appointment should be longer than 30 minutes. Hospital rules need to be changed, at least 45 minutes to 1 hour Remember I wait a whole year and only have 30 minutes. Unexceptionable

• Dr. Mary McNaughton Collins has been my PCP for many years. I trust her medical expertise 150%! She's thorough, covers all the bases and most importantly she does it by including my input and has the best bedside manner. In some ways after a visit I feel like I am "catching up with a friend"! She makes me feel comfortable and is always available, especially if anything arises unexpectedly. Dr. Mary explains everything in a way that I understand. I feel so blessed to have her as my PCP.

• Dr. Mary and her staff are phenomenal. My annual visit feels like I am coming home. The receptionist, [redacted], and the nurses/technicians are so wonderful. Dr. Mary is so knowledgeable, compassionate, caring and kind. She is always prepared for the visit. She has a plan but still listens to me and asks for my input. I leave feeling I was heard and she has my best interest at heart. I am so fortunate to have Dr. Mary as my doctor. In this fast-paced world, it is so amazing to have a doctor take the time to really listen and to show such compassion. It is obvious she loves her job, trusts and cares about her staff and does all she can to keep her patients happy and healthy! She is one of a kind.
