• Dr. Mossan provides a good experience with very reassuring experience and knowledge. I wouldn't say the same about the setting in which the care is given. Communications are poor. You can't even get it clear when you're supposed to be there. Certainly can't get it clear when it is that you're going to get discharged. You ask different people, you get different answers. I just was not pleased with that's really the Brigham and Women in the surgical team's performance. But as to the doctor, great.

• Dr. Mossanen went through the whole process very pivotal in not only identifying my kidney, my kidney cancer, but identifying other things like hemochromatosis on iron in my liver, suggesting different specialists. It was another spot. It was on my spleen. So he suggested another specialist for that. So he was very pivotal in the overall health instead of just being focused on what he had to do, which was the kidney. He wanted to make sure overall, even though it's out of his area of expertise or responsibility, that I had the best of care.

• Dr. MOSSANEN is probably one of the most excellent and expert physicians I have ever sat in front of. I was there for a minor procedure and he provided that procedure with ultimate care and extreme sensitivity. He always takes a lot of time to make sure that he has completed his task and does it very, very with regard to no pain and explains very carefully exactly what he's going to do next. Dr. MOSSANEN is the best physician I've ever been in front of, far none.
