• Dr Mesmer took the time to discuss my options in dealing with menopause. She provided education about HRT. She encouraged me to think and research about it as I am biased about HRT that it could lead to breast cancer. I searched YouTube and YouTube as based on evidence and what Dr Mesmer mentioned, HRT is a treatment backed by evidence. I appreciate Dr Mesmer's patience and compassion as hopefully HRT will give me my life back.

• MGH downtown is one of my favorite doctors. I'm British, [redacted], moved here 12 years ago, obviously didn't have a clue about the American healthcare system. Dr. Mesmer was my first doctor and she has been since. [redacted] She's been fantastic. She really is. The whole care team there, fantastic. They know me by name. I'm not there that often. She always gives me a call if it's something important or she sends me an email. The portal's great. Yeah, all good.
