• I came from the VA, expecting to see likely one of the best physicians in the world, as we have here in Boston. Unfortunately, VA did not forward the ultrasound. Doc did not listen. Interrupted. Questioned my integrity regarding symptoms. Referred me back to the VA, since there is no explanation for my symptoms. Never would I have thought to get better treatment at a VA hospital than B&W, Boston.

• I was very happy. I was in excruciating pain. I had a kidney stone. I did not have an appointment with this doctor, but I go to this office in Foxboro. [redacted] Even though it's a very busy office, they were able to squeeze me in to see the urologist who then went on to be able to get a CAT scan for me, even though the CAT scan department said they had no openings. The assistant went over and explained the situation. I ended up having a kidney stone. And if I had to wait in an emergency room or urgent care, I would have been in a lot worse shape because I was in tremendous pain at the time. The staff was wonderful. It is very unusual that they will just take a patient as a walk-in who's in the condition that I am. So I'm very thankful for Dr. McDonald on that day.

• From the second this doctor entered the room, he seemed agitated and bothered. He asked what brought me in and I told him my PCP referred me because I was getting to that age. From the very start, he stated I was too young to have problems. He didn't ask any questions and at first I didn't even think he was going to do an exam. I'm having serious problems in this area and he didn't ask any questions and I didn't know what to do. So I didn't address anything. I left the office feeling ashamed of myself [redacted] - I felt so dismissed! At the end he said, "That should make your doctor happy". I had very real concerns that he seemed uninterested in helping me with or getting any kind of history. I also asked for a Testosterone test and he didn't ask why but told me (right off the bat) that he doesn't usually doesn't like to alter hormones at this time. I was not there for hormone treatment. I had none then do I have any desire to even take a testosterone supplement. Had he asked why I wanted the test I would've to him . He never did. I sat in that office confused. It was terrible. I've never left a doctor's appointment having that experience. Like, was I bothering him? Was he having a bad day? Why did he treat me so badly?
