• Doctor Mutinga has been my provider sine he started working in this hospital,over 25 years ago. He has helped me manage my condition with knowledge and kindness. I see him for my procedure every two years! He is the Best! I'm grateful to have him as my doctor. [redacted]

He is very good explaining and spending time with you and seeing everything that's bothering you and he, you know, he sent for all the tests. He sent me for all the blood work. He is doing everything. I would rate him 10. He's the best.

• I like my GI specialist. He listens attentively. I do hate that he has to type and listen at the same time. MGB has taken away the patient first. Eye contact is always important and not a screen but that is with all of MGB practices. A lot can be said for eye contact.

• [redacted] He doesn't look at you. All he does is type into his computer. He was very late for my virtual appointments. He's so overwhelmed he didn't get to read my notes. He didn't know anything about my medical history and it was extremely important to me because I've been fighting uterine cancer for two years and I find him overwhelmed and he doesn't even look at you when he talks to you. He's just so busy typing in the computer and I don't know, I don't think it's him. I think it's the system. I think he's totally overwhelmed and he can't respond to patients. [redacted]
