  • Yes, I saw Dr. Melnitchouk several times. I also had surgery with her. She is wonderful. She listens to you. She's informative. For my case, she just knew everything about it. It made me feel so confident. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. She is such an asset to Brigham and Women's. And hopefully I don't have to see her again because it's surgery, but if I needed to go back and need a surgeon at Brigham, I would definitely see her again. She's wonderful.

  • The doctors took their time to study my case, listened to my concerns, and found solutions. The response was immediate, and they scheduled me for tests quickly!

  • Kind of cold. Was annoyed when my husband asked her to call another doctor instead of emailing.

    2025-12-28

  • Dr. Melnichoux explains everything clearly and has always been interested in hearing from me. She is always pleasant to talk with. I am very grateful for her knowledge and effective follow up with something that was found during a previous surgery.

  • All of your staff were absolutely amazing. From greeting me at the front desk, getting wrapped in a warm blanket and getting me into a bed as soon as possible. Starting treatment as soon as possible and that also includes a briefing for my wife and family. The cleaning staff works very hard all day/night keeping the building clean and have even stopped what they were doing assisting patients including me. Little things like picking up and moving my tray to a safe spot or just helping me stand up and a smile mean a lot to a person struggling to function. Between the two buildings (DF/B+W) you cannot find a better crew of Nurses who work well together seamlessly handing off care between staffs when needed. I have watched them stop what they were doing to explain what they were doing, explain the process then once they are sure the patient understands it, continue on with the process. You can honestly see in their faces the love and care for their patients sometimes hidden beneath a thin vinier face mask called, professionalism. I know firsthand because I've been behind those masks. The Doctors, P/As, Admitting Room Doctors and Surgical Staff are of the same fine hi quality as the Nursing Staff.
