• I can't say enough about Dr. Merkin. From the very first day we met, he has always been there for me throughout my cancer battle. No matter how much or how little pain I was in, no matter what happened during my treatment, he was always there, constantly checking in and making sure I was okay. His compassion, dedication, and unwavering support have meant more to me than I can ever put into words. He didn't just treat my cancer he gave me hope when I needed it most. I truly believe that Dr. Merkin saved my life, and as I continue to battle this disease, I know he will continue to be there for me every step of the way. He is the reason I am alive today, and I will always be grateful for everything he has done for me.

He listened and was understanding as to why I would travel all the way to Mass General for treatment.
