• It was an unusual visit because the lights were out in the building. Things were running on generators. Yet, he stayed to see patients. He was the only doctor working in the building. I thought that was very admirable. He cared about his patients. He had to use a light on his forehead and we used a telephone for light. The appt went well and I was happy to see and meet him for the first time. I heard he was a great doctor and the compliments were very true. I took off work to go to this appt and was happy that I was able to keep the appt and see the doctor.

My mom saw Dr. Minassian on [redacted] and he was very patient, very kind, also very detailed and helpful and informative with information or what types of treatments that my mom can receive. He spent a lot of time with her. He examined her and he also wanted to learn about her history and the type of treatment and recommendations she has received for her bladder in the past. So we were very satisfied and happy with Dr. Minassian's approach and also the way he treated my mom. So keep up the good work please and thank you for everything.
