• I was scheduled for a colonoscopy and while going through the process of being readied for the procedure, my heart rate was elevated to the point of requiring a cardiologist to assess me. The staff acted calmly and professionally as well as communicate with me their concerns and what was happening. The cardiologist met with me and my wife to explain what he believed triggered the elevated heart rate and after consulting with him, I was able to have the procedure done.
