As she was doing the procedure, she explained everything she saw on the screen. Her nurse was also very helpful and explained the procedure beforehand and told me exactly what Dr Niknejad would be doing. She was very much on top of everything and had good communication with Dr Niknejad. She was very professional.

• I was really impressed with Dr. Niknejad . I'd had a longstanding issue with an overactive, painful bladder, and she prescribed some medicine that took the problems away. My primary care physician had never come up with any solution for me when I had told her about my issues. But Dr. Niknejad was very sympathetic, listened carefully, had great ideas, and I think she's an outstanding provider.

• I'm convinced Dr. Niknejad saved my life [redacted]. After several quarterly, then semiannual followups, I just had my first annual cysto and everything looked great. Aside from all that, I've never had to wait to be seen at an appointment for more than a few minutes and she always treats me more like an old friend than another item on the day's task list. She has become the new gold standard by which all my other providers are measured. Unfortunately for them, I'm now a bit spoiled and that's a pretty high bar.

• Provider needs to work on their human being skills. Very cold, very logical, fact-ish. And I'm an educator and a professor myself, but I think this person can't really communicate with human beings about what they're going through. It's a very cold, very methodical, logical approach.
