• This was only a consultation with Dr. Olsen, but my husband and I were greatly impressed. He was so knowledgeable about my condition, so compassionate about my symptoms, so accommodating about scheduling surgery and so attentive and patient while listening to my concerns.

• Dr. Olsen advised me to strongly consider cortisone injections as an alternative to total knee surgery, and I am very grateful that he did. He administered those injections during this consultation, and my knees felt at least 50% improved within just two hours - and at least 75% improved within two days. He took the time to listen to me and to understand that the issue with my knees was not the pain; rather, it was my inability to strengthen my leg muscles - which the cortisone injections has adequately addressed, without the need for the ordeal of total knee replacement surgery.

Dr. Olsen came in, sat down, and I pulled up a chair next to him as he showed me my x-ray. He explained to me what my condition was clearly and he answered my questions.
