• This doctor lacks the patient -centered skills [redacted]. Poor communicator. Did not shake hands or call me by name. He ignored my daughter who was present. [redacted] He did not make eye contact but spoke to the opposite wall. He outlined 2 options, neither of which he recommended. I felt dismissed.
