• I was very happy with him. He seemed genuinely interested to listen to me and knew about Lyme disease, which is one of the reasons I have a lot of issues. And I find that a lot of doctors don't know much about that. So that was really good. I really liked him. So that's about it. Thank you.

• I just gave top marks across the board in this survey. I never do this because I feel there is always room for improvement but in this case, I cannot think of one thing that could have been done better. It was the best visit I have had with any medical professional this year! You didn't ask, but I want to say that Dr. Ota knows his craft very well, quickly ascertained and corrected the issue in a way that displayed competence, confidence, and respect all at once. It was an intractable problem, that puzzled all of us, but he quickly isolated the issue. I am very impressed.
