• I had been experiencing pain which I self-diagnosed as a sinus infection which I have had before. It didn't abate after 10 days so I contacted my PCP's office and was instructed to come in to their office. Dr. Skali who is not my PCP examined me. I really liked that she took time at the beginning of to introduce herself (something that has not happened before when I wasn't able to see my PCP) and to talk about her interest in women's health issues. She listened carefully to my issue and I felt the exam she conducted was thorough. I felt listened to and appreciate the care that she gave me.

However, much of my annual physical appointments are her going over basic demographic information about me, like confirming the religion I grew up in and other details that are not relevant to my care.
