• Hi, Dr. Pap got me in to be seen pretty quickly when my provider, my primary care, asked her to see me to follow up on some results that were abnormal. She was very good at explaining what was happening and continuing to investigate the rationale and reasons behind it. I felt very well taken care of and I felt secure in her care of me and she's a lovely person. Thank you.

• Hi, the only problem I had with my visit was pronouncing the doctor's name, so I refer to her as Dr. P. She was just terrific. She covered everything. She knew when I brought up recent health issues, she knew all about them, and so that made me feel really comfortable. And I do believe that I made an error in pressing one for one of the nurse questions. I wish that I had the nurse's name, but I didn't get it. But she was just terrific and very helpful. And overall, the visit was really terrific. And I look forward to getting my yearly shot. Thank you.

• I would most definitely recommend this care provider; however I would warn them that the reception area personnel were not up to par with the rest of the health care staff. I have had plenty of positive experiences with other providers at MGH, so this was quite unexpected.
