• My visit, my first visit with Dr. Piazza was very informed, very professional. He shared with me something that I was unable to get answers for other doctors, but they weren't cardiologists, but he knew right away and I learned two things from him when I was there that were new. I'm very grateful and I'm going for follow-up visits in two, like it was like four weeks that I have appointments already set up with. I enjoyed my visit and I was not uncomfortable asking any questions and it was very quick, it was timely and I had a very good experience and I would go back. Thank you.

• I saw Dr Piazza in 2010 and am amazed I could see him 16 yrs later. He listened carefully and explained my medical situation in a detailed and well-informed manner. He was personable and engaging throughout the exam. He was exactly on time which shocked me. That never happens to me at dr visits. He informed me about my cardiological risks and how a yet to be finally released medication in about 18 months may be of significant help to me. When I sent him a message about some inaccurate information relayed to him in my social history and ROS he called me personally to give advice on how to get it amended in my Epic and Athena EMR's (pesky little functionalities). I will gladly see him in 18 months.

• Getting to this appt was a nightmare due to traffic and because of that I had fully intended for this to be a one and done appointment but the office staff and Dr Piazza were wonderful that it changed my mind on follow up appts! I was worried that I would have yo wait for a while to be seen when in fact I was seen before my actual appt time... that rarely happens so was a pleasant surprise. He is thorough and I never felt like a burden or a waste of time in his schedule. He made complicated information easy to understand and made sure I knew what was happening in my body and why we were performing certain labs and follow up appointments.

• I feel extremely fortunate to have Dr Piazza as a doctor. He is deeply knowledgeable and makes clear that he appreciates my questions, whether in person or via the patient gateway. His explanations provide a nod to recent research that gives me, a non-specialist, a clear understanding of how expert opinion on the topic may have changed since last I checked (or from what's commonplace opinion online). Thanks to Dr Piazza, my medical condition is just a straightforward thing I live with, not a thing that causes me concern - whatever it is that comes up, I know he has it handled. Another way that Dr Piazza shows his expertise is the efficiency of his practice. Appointments always are on time (and can be early if you happen to arrive early!) and thoughtfully organized. Truly the gold standard in patient care.
