• Dr. Pizzuto was filling in for Dr. [redacted]. It was evident he was up to speed on my foot issues. He was attentive, listening carefully to what I had to say. He explained very carefully and knowledgeably the pros and cons of cortisone shots and I learned more about my condition (severe arthritis and bone spurs in the Right navicular joint) and how to manage it moving forward. We opted NOT to have a cortisone shot at this appointment, as my pain level was not warranting it. [redacted] Dr. Pizzuto suggested that holding off on cortisone at this time was the prudent course of treatment. I agreed with him. I was impressed he would not jump to administer a cortisone shot. [redacted] I was very pleased to be guided away from cortisone until my condition and pain are at a level where it is necessary and appropriate.

He did listen to most of my situation and he did a lot of talking and examples that might have, that time might have been better spent asking me what else do I need, what am I hoping for, that kind of thing. I strongly feel it is totally unfair that The Brigham is not sharing where Dr. Pizzuto will be practicing after leaving the Brigham. It will be a big loose. I do request that I receive the location of his new location. I love the Brigham however .

• Hi, this provider was very helpful. He was kind. He was courteous. He did not make me uncomfortable. I was very appreciative of the care I got from him. He was able to draw diagrams for me to understand how my foot and the issues that might be happening with my foot that was causing me pain. I was appreciative of that. And lastly, he ordered the procedures that I needed, an x-ray and hopefully an MRI to deal with the discomfort and the pain that's happening so we can get to the bottom of it. I felt heard, I felt listened to, I felt seen. He was a very nice man, a very nice doctor, and I would see him again.

• It was really bad I went to the hale building and that is where I saw Dr P last time and confirmed address. Raining out got dropped off and come to find out it was at the Brookline office Beacon st. The girl who checked me in at Hale was curt and just said you are at the wrong address and gave me the address. I asked for a phone number to the office to call over there to be considerate to all and she said I do not have it. Really!!??? Not right at all.

• You always ask me the same question; and I always give you the same answer. You ask if I interacted with the nurse during my visit. Listen to me one more time: I DON'T KNOW. No one does more than provide his first name or her first name, if that, and no one, repeat no one, repeat no one says I'm a nurse or has any insignia or any other information that implies that that person is a nurse (or not). But you never change the form to make the question more sensible; and you never train people to introduce themselves as a nurse or whatever they are. Other than that, I'm very fond of Dr. Pizzuto, and I enjoy going to see him. I had significant pain on the bottom of my foot and up near where the toes joined the foot, and he diagnosed it very carefully and suggested exercises to mitigate it. He's funny, skillful, kind, smart, and a real pleasure to spend time with. I am grateful to have good care from Dr. Pizzuto,.
