This was a follow-up to a surgery I recently had. It was a phone call with a nurse. I know that MGB is trying to reserve doctor's time for the kind of care that only they can do, like surgery, but at times it would be nice to see a doctor in person. But this time talking with a nurse on the phone was fine.
